Our Story
More than a brand. A quiet invitation to rest. The 11:29 Yoke was born out of a personal journey through fear, faith, and divine reassurance.
In 2022, I walked down the aisle, full of joy, hope, and dreams. By the following year, I was expecting my first child, a season that should have overflowed with peace and celebration. Instead, I found myself battling a silent storm of fear, anxiety, and overwhelming “what ifs.” I couldn’t pray. I couldn’t find peace. My heart was weighed down by stories of loss, complications, and heartbreak. Though I believed in God, my faith felt far away and I couldn’t shake the fear.
Then one night, in the middle of that heaviness, God met me with a whisper from Matthew 11:29:
“Come to Me, all who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest…”
That verse didn’t just bring comfort. It brought clarity. God gave me an assignment, not just for me, but for others who also carry quiet, heavy burdens.
The mission was simple: create everyday items filled with scripture; items that speak peace, identity, and assurance in Christ. Originally named Be Assured, the brand later became The 11:29 Yoke, a reflection of God’s invitation to trade our burdens for His rest.
